We accept return requests within 30 days of the date you receive your order. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and include the original packaging and all tags. - Return Conditions
You may request a return under the following circumstances:
The item was damaged during shipping.
The item received does not match the item you ordered.
The item has a manufacturing defect.
Please note that returns due to personal reasons (such as dislike, incorrect size, or wrong color) will be considered customer-initiated returns, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. - Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Return Confirmation: After receiving your return request, we will review and confirm your application. Upon confirmation, we will provide you with a return authorization code and return address.
Return the Item: Pack the item securely and include the return authorization code. Please keep your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the account used for the original payment. The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank’s processing time. - Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item, please first return the item following the return process described above, and then place a new order for the desired item. Please note that due to changes in demand, the original item may be out of stock.
